Masasa Beach, San Juan, Tingloy, Batangas forms a portion of the Rosales Estate owned since the 1940's as the private getaway of the Rosales family. Now under the administration of the heirs of Voltaire Rosales for the benefit of the people of Tingloy, and their fellow kabayans from Batangas, and all other visitors from around the country, and foreign guests.

With over 120,000 visitors annually, the Rosales family continues to grant temporary access to visitors at no charge whatsoever, with the caveat that if they are able to find investors that will bring more jobs, and benefits to the people of Tingloy, they will do so for the benefit of all involved.
